1. Call to Order and Roll Call

Chair Yang called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. Commissioners present: Yang, Ontiveros, LaCroix. Student Advisory Council members present: Lin. Members present: Rios, Vasquez. Staff present: Truong, Corteza, Lam.

2. Approval of Minutes (Action Item)

Commissioner Ontiveros, seconded by Lin moved to approve the agenda. The motion was approved unanimously.

4. Public Comment on Items not on Agenda (Discussion Only)

There were none.

5. Business (All Items to Follow Discussion and Possible Action)

A. Run through of Moment-to-Moment plan for Immigrant Youth Summit

With the help from staff, committee members went over the moment to moment plans for the Immigrant Youth Summit. Members asked clarifying questions, discussed the times in which they will show up, and shared contact information of volunteers they recruited.

B. Tote bags and Sign making preparation

Committee members prepared for the Immigrant Youth Summit by helping with setting up materials, tote bags, and signs.

6. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 4:30 p.m.
