1. Call to Order
Acting Chair LaCroix called the meeting to order at 6:15pm.

Commissioners Present: LaCroix, Marshall-Fricker, Quintero, Quesada
Staff Present: Mario Yedidia

2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)
Commissioner Marshall-Fricker moved to approve the agenda, seconded by Quintero. The agenda was approved unanimously by acclamation.

There was none.

A. Discussion and Possible Action: Planning for Spring 2010 committee forums

Commissioners took no action and discussed their interest in planning two forums for the Spring of 2010: one focused on Muni and other transportation issues, and the other dedicated to garnering a sense of the most pressing issues in the lives of current San Francisco middle school students.

Acting Chair LaCroix adjourned the meeting at 6:35pm.
