1. Call to Order
Chair LaCroix called the meeting to order at 4:40pm.
Commissioners Present: LaCroix, Liang, Quesada, Quintero, Marshall-Fricker

2. Approval of Agenda (Action Item)
Commissioner Liang moved to approve the agenda, seconded by commissioner Marshall-Fricker. The agenda was approved unanimously by acclamation.

3. Public Comment on Items not on Agenda
There was none.

4. Business
A. Crafting Budget Priorities for the Next Fiscal Year
Commissioners took no official action.
Rather, they discussed the research, writing and graphs they have been developing with respect to the committee’s budget priorities for fiscal year 2010-2011. The policy areas on which commissioners have been focusing include full staffing of food stamp eligibility workers at the Human Services Agency; the need for well-coordinated and well-publicized free summer lunch for San Francisco’s food-insecure youth; affordable parks and recreation access; and the need for Muni access that is not cost-prohibitive for all youth.

5. Adjournment
Chair LaCroix adjourned the meeting at 6:15pm.
