3. Approval of Minutes from October 27, 1998
4. New Business:
   1. Presentation by nonvoting member Dana Van Gorder of the Department of Public Health. Presentation will provide a basic knowledge of DPH and how it works, who the important players are and how we can best work within the system. Dana will also discuss the relationship between DPH and Mayor’s Office of Children Youth and their Families (MOCYF) and Department of Human Services. There will be a time for questions at the end of the presentation.
   2. Discussion and celebration re: How far have we come? What have we been doing well what can we improve on. How can we make the Task Force more efficient and comfortable for everyone involved.
