A. Legislation Introduced: File 071490 - Resolution urging the United States Congress to overturn the section of the Higher Education Act of 1998 that denies or delays access to financial aid based upon convictions for drug-related offenses [Daly]
B. Legislation Referred File #071536 – Ordinance amending SF Admin Code to allow the Public Defender and other criminal defense attorneys to obtain community safety camera recordings for particular purposes; and to specify the procedures for the Public Defender and other criminal defense attorneys to request community safety camera recordings and to require that the Department of Telecommunications and Information Services retain the recordings at least 14 days but not more than 21 days.
