A. Discussion and possible action re: Authorization of absences for Commissioners Martin and Olawale (June 3rd Meeting)

B. Resolution urging the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco to establish the Skateboarding Task Force that will provide policy recommendations and advice to the Board of Supervisors, the Recreation and Park Department, the Police Department and the San Francisco Unified School District with regards to the expansion and creation of skateboarding policies and activities in the City and County of San Francisco [Commissioner Arreguin and Chang]

C. Resolution urging the Board of Supervisors of the City and County of San Francisco and His Honor, the Mayor to amend existing legislation and expand the powers and jurisdiction of the Local Homeless Coordinating Board through providing for the ability for legislation to be forwarded upon request by the Board of Supervisors to this said Board, reducing the number of its members to 22, providing adequate staff and administrative support, implement the concerns of the Board, and recommending the designation of 2 seats to be representative of the homeless youth and foster care youth populations. D. Discussion and possible action re: Referral from the Board of Supervisors, File 020552: Resolution Urging the San Francisco Police Department in Collaboration with the Office of the District Attorney to Increase the Enforcement and Prosecution of Offenders Cited for Graffiti and to Collaborate with the Department of Public Works to expand and Enhance Public School Outreach at the Middle and High School Level Regarding the Consequences of Tagging Public or Private Property




E. Discussion and possible action re: Referral from the Board of Supervisors, File 020553: Resolution Urging the Department of Public Works to Engage in All Efforts to Reduce the Level of Graffiti Citywide, Including Providing Awards for Information Leading to the Arrest of Graffiti Perpetrators and Adopting a Model Similar to the One Being Utilized in San Jose, California and Utilizing Graffiti Abatement Models, Such as the One Administered in San Jose, California, in Order to Contact Telephone, Billboard, Garbage, Newspaper and Other Business Entities That May Have Graffiti on Their "Property" and to Develop an Agreement With Them, Which Requires That These Businesses Maintain Their Respective Property That They Immediately Abate it and to Collaborate With the San Francisco Police Department to Expand and Enhance Public School Outreach at the Middle and High School Level Regarding the Consequences of Tagging Public or Private Property

F. Discussion and possible action re: Resolution Commending the Families Who Live at 868 Shotwell Street Who Overturned Their Eviction and Also Honoring the Shotwell Block Party as a Celebration of Resistance Against Eviction and Displacement[Commissioner Villaluna]

A. Discussion and possible action re: Resolution Urging the Mayor of the City and County of San Francisco and the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to Restore the Recently Discovered $4,000,000 Taken From the Children’s Fund and Used to Maintain Programs Previously Guaranteed by the General Fund. [Commissioner Valdez]

B. Discussion and possible action re: Resolution Commending the Organizers of Park Sessions and the Recreation and Parks Department for their Support of Park Sessions [Commissioner Chang]

C. Discussion and possible action re: Resolution commending the Anti-Defamation League for its continual efforts in eradicating anti-Semitism and hate in San Francisco. [Commissioner Kwong]

D. Discussion and possible action re: Resolution commending Jose Amaya for his hard work with the San Francisco Youth Credit Union and his dedication to youth economical education in and around the Mission District [Commissioner Geodzhayev]

E. Discussion and possible action re: Reflection of the 2001-2002 Youth Commission Term
