- Discussion and possible action re: File # 060107—Ordinance amending the San Francisco Health Code by adding Chapter 34, Sections 34.1 through 34.3 to prohibit the manufacture, sale, or distribution in commerce of any toy or child care article that is intended for use by a child under three years of age if it contains bisphenol-A or other specified chemicals, and to require manufacturers to use the least toxic alternatives to those substances. [Supervisor Ma/staff]
- Discussion and possible action re: File # 060086—Ordinance amending the San Francisco Administrative Code by adding Chapter 19, Sections 19.1 through 19.8 to regulate the installation of community safety cameras. Prescribe a notification and approval process for the installation of cameras, and establish protocols for oversight and access to video recordings. [Supervisor Mirkirimi/staff]
- Discussion and possible action re: File #060234—Resolution urging the Department of Justice to grant Xiao Fei ("Eddy") Zheng’s application to remain lawfully in the United States and calling on the Department of Homeland Security to exercise its discretion not to appeal the grant of a waiver that would allow Eddy Zheng to remain in the United States. [Supervisors McGoldrick/Perskin/Ammiano/staff]

The Youth Commission meeting will be held in City Hall Room 416 1 Dr. Carlton B. Goodlett Place, San Francisco, CA. The Commission meeting room is wheelchair accessible. Accessible curbside parking spaces have been designated on the corners of McAllister and Polk, and Grove and Polk. There is accessible parking available within the Civic Center Underground Parking Garage at the corner of McAllister and Polk Streets, and within the Performing Arts Parking Garage at Grove and Franklin Streets.
