Legislation Referred File #071008 – Police Incident Reports on Juveniles Ordinance amending Police Code-- by requiring any police officer who delivers a juvenile to the custody of the Juvenile Probation Depart at the Juvenile Justice Center to simultaneously submit a completed police incident report (Liao/Maxwell)
  5. Discussion/Possible Action: Resolution urging the San Francisco Board of Supervisors to urge theUnited States Congress to overturn the section of the Higher Education Act of 1998 that denies or delays access to financial aid based upon convictions for drug-related offenses (Carvalho)
