3. Public Comment (This is chance for people to give their thoughts on youth
issues, feed back to the Commission or any other comments. Each member of the
public has the same number of minutes to speak.)

A) Discussion and possible action re: Legislation
regarding the Implementation of Proposition 21 in San Francisco.
Committee members will follow up on the Prop 21 hearing
and discuss the research and drafting of legislation related to the implementation
of Prop 21 in San Francisco.
B) Discussion and possible action re: Possible new committee
projects.
Committee members will report back on the research done from
last meeting exploring project possibilities such as the creation of a juvenile
justice hot line, and the development of trainings for police officers, and
space in youth media for Prop 21 organizing information.
C) Discussion and possible action re: Creation of sub-committees
and working groups.
Committee members will discuss how they plan to proceed with
the next stage of planning and committee activity, and whether the development
of sub-committees and working groups is necessary.
D) Discussion re: Update on the ACLU court challenge to Proposition
21.
E) Discussion and possible action re: Setting Next Meeting’s
Agenda.
