Youth Justice Committee meeting

To address the violence in the various communities in San Francisco. Our job is to focus on the youth disproportionately affected by violence and represented in the Juvenile Justice Center. We work to creating a better society and community by advising the Board of Supervisors, Mayor, and City Departments of our recommendation for solutions to violence.

We Work to fulfill our mission by:

  • Advocating for youth
  • Proposing policies
  • Creating a bridge between educational needs to Justice
  • Offer resources to youth
  • Inform youth and City Hall
  • Create new youth incentives

  • Follow up on Disconnected Youth Survey
  • Follow up with HOPE SF

  • Budget Discussion and Priorities
  • Violence Prevention Programming
  • Review Excelsior Surveys

7.Discuss Know Justice Summit and develop a policy agenda
