There are currently no seated Officers for the Shelter Monitoring Committee. Based on 
the bylaws, at the beginning of the meeting, the Committee shall elect one of the    Members to act as Presiding Officer.

B. Election of Committee Officers Temporary Presiding Officer 15 min
This item serves a notice that there will be Officer elections at the January 16, 2013 Committee meeting.

C. LGBT Advisory Committee Nadia Babella 45 min
Members of the LGBT Advisory Committee to the San Francisco Human Rights Commission have been looking at the issues faced by LGBT people in the city shelter system. Ms. Babella will present some ideas on how to improve the experience and safety for LGBT community members.

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting.  Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
