Action

1.      Motion to approve a grant to African American Art and Culture Complex for 2011-2012, not to exceed $47,421, with remaining grant allocation approved upon review of Management and Programming Plan and Budget.

 

2.      Motion to approve a grant to Bayview Opera House, Inc. for 2011-2012, not to exceed $31,166, with remaining grant allocation approved upon review of Management and Programming Plan and Budget.

 

3.      Motion to approve a grant to Mission Cultural Center for Latino Arts for 2011-2012, not to exceed $52,292, with remaining grant allocation approved upon review of Management and Programming Plan and Budget.

 

4.      Motion to approve a grant to SOMArts Cultural Center for 2011-2012, not to exceed $58,436, with remaining grant allocation approved upon review of Management and Programming Plan and Budget.

 

5.      Motion to support collaborative programming between the cultural centers that requires SFAC tenant organizations to provide rental rates to the virtual centers and the San Francisco Arts Commission that are significantly discounted from those charged to other organizations.
