1.     Discussion and possible motion to approve the proposed FY2013-2014 Managementand Program Plan (“MPP”) and budget for SOMArts Cultural Center for a grant notto exceed $694,648 (including $596,044 to SOMArts Cultural Center and $98,603to sub-grantee Asian Pacific Islander Cultural Center), contingent uponrevisions.

2.     Discussion and possible motion to approve the proposed FY2013-2014 Managementand Program Plan (“MPP”) and budget for Mission Cultural Center for Latino Artsfor a grant not to exceed $533,381, contingent upon revisions.

3.     Discussion and possible motion to approve the proposed FY2013-2014 Managementand Program Plan (“MPP”) and budget for Bayview Opera House for a grant not toexceed $317,891, contingent upon revisions.
