    Discussion and possible motion to approve a grant to the Center for Cultural Innovation for a study of the current state of cultural equity in the arts and an assessment of effective grantmaking practices, and to authorize the Director of Cultural Affairs to enter into a grant agreement in the amount of $80,000.
