Agenda

1.   Action. Hearing and possible motion to recommend that the Arts Commission  request designation of spaces for street artists on Port of San Franciscoproperty at Pier 33 and Pier 35.

 

2.    Action. Hearingand possible motion to recommend the following inspection/monitoring proceduresfor the Advisory Committee of Street Artists and Craftsmen Examiners: (a) enterinformation on checklist sheet when inspecting an artist’s display stand; (b)based on the checklist sheet, enter a grade on a sign for the artist to post atthe artist’s display stand; (c) at a screening session, take a minimum of ten(10) minutes for screening each art or craft. 


3.    Action. Hearingand possible motion to recommend that the Arts Commission appoint at least one(1) member of the Liaison Committee to serve as a member of the Street ArtistsCommittee.


4.   Action.Hearing and possible motion to prohibit the display or advertising of any artor craft involving alcoholic beverages.

5.    Action. Hearingand possible motion to recommend that a requirement  that the adornment (including labels) offlattened bottles be original art created by the street artist.

6.     Action.Hearing and possible motion to recommend that any person    convictedof a felony be prohibited from being certified as a street artist.
