3.  Action. Hearing and possible motion to approve Program Director’s recommendation of denial of certificate orrenewal.

Leah Mazor – Certificate #8345.
Alleged violations:  Conducting business in an improper, disorderly,hazardous manner (disruption of artists’ businesses) – 10 incidents.

4.  Action. Hearing and possible motion top approve Program Director’s recommendationof denial or certificate or renewal.

Homan Yim – Certificate #8005.
Alleged violations: Conducting business inan improper, disorderly, hazardous manner (selling items not previouslyapproved by Advisory Committee of Street Artists and Crafts Examiners;exceeding display size regulations; not displaying certificate prominently;allowing a salesperson to sell Mr. Yim’s wares).
