4. Action. Hearing and possible motion top approve Program Director’s recommendationof denial or certificate or renewal.
Homan Yim – Certificate #8005. Alleged violations: Conducting business inan improper, disorderly, hazardous manner (selling items not previouslyapproved by Advisory Committee of Street Artists and Crafts Examiners;exceeding display size regulations; not displaying certificate prominently;allowing a salesperson to sell Mr. Yim’s wares).
