- Motion to approve Phase 1 of the New Harvey Milk Plaza Project contingent upon 1) a further articulated ground plane, 2) developing a clear design for the canopy in collaboration with their engineer, 3) developing a holistic design that combines ground plane, canopy and Muni entry into a single concept with all elements working together, and 4) continuing to take the design lead in the project while clarifying a role the team wishes an artist to play in the design of the canopy or artistic lighting.
