The work consists of 10’ high block letters that spell the word DREAM to be located near the intersection of Jarboe Avenue and Peralta Street commencing January 2017 to January 2018. The project is sponsored by Yerba Buena Center for the Arts.

Presentation of two conservation projects in downtown San Francisco and Golden Gate Park completed this summer. Treated artworks included Movement: The First 100 Years, 1982 by Man-Lin-Choi (Accession Number 1982.3) located at the Sue Bierman Park and Beethoven, unknown creation date and artist (Accession Number 1951.2) located along Music Concourse Drive. Both projects included treatment to bronze and granite elements. Treatments for Movement: The First 100 Years included selective areas of repatination on the sculpture and replacement of pavers on the base. With the help of the Central Park Conservancy, New York City, the work at Ludwig Van Beethoven included reconstruction of a bronze element that was previously stolen.

Meeting Procedures
1. Agenda items will be heard in order. Please note, that on occasion a special circumstance may necessitate that an agenda item be taken out of order. Each speaker will be allowed to speak for the time allotted by the Chair at the top of the meeting or up to 3 minutes.
