Appeals from 22 Q-35 Assistant Inspector Eligibles on List ID 21055 Challenging the Q-50 Sergeants Appointments and Assignments made in November 2009 and Request for the Commission to Determine whether these Appointments and Assignments are Proper under the Commission’s Q-35/Q-50 January 16, 2009 Order and Statement of Decision adopted February 2, 2009. Michael Lewis, expressed his frustration that the matter has not been resolved and where can remedy be sought.

The Commission voted to continue this matter to the earliest meeting at the call of the Commission President and requested the Department of Human Resources and the Police Department to provide information. (Vote of 3 to 0)
