The HCCI is part of current system of record, 2) conducting an assessment of possible efficiency and resource requirements associated with each possible option, 4) producing an implementation plan/guide and 5) disseminating learnings from this project to other existing HCCI counties, the State, and other interested parties. |

The CM consultant shall be tasked with providing construction management and inspection services, providing cost estimating and scheduling services, performing hydrographic surveying for dredge validation, and reviewing and tracking of the work for compliance with permit and environmental requirements during the design/build process. |

Schedule three separate sessions of Regular Commission meetings for hearing Reform recommendations on Hiring: Session 1 on Reform # 1 and #2; Session 2 on Reform #3; Session 3 on Reform #4, #5 and #6.
President Normandy instructed that comments of Commissioners on each of the Reform recommendations be provided for reference to Commissioners at the hearing, so as not to take time repeating comments.

COMMISSIONERS’ ANNOUNCEMENTS/REQUESTS (Item No. 9)
|
|
|
|
Commissioner Morgan R. Gorrono requested the Department of Human Resources to submit a report on the process being utilized by the San Francisco Police Department to test civilians into investigative aide positions.
|
|
|
|
President E. Dennis Normandy directed that the Human Resources Director and Executive Officer Reports be made a permanent item on the Agenda.
|
|
|
|

At the request of Vice President Donald A. Casper, the meeting was adjourned in memory of former San Francisco Police Chief Alex Fagan, who passed away on November 8, 2010. The Commission directed the Executive Officer to express its condolences to his family. |
