The Special Meeting was called to order at 1:11 p.m.

Vote on whether to hold closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957 (b) (1) and San Francisco Administrative Code 67.10 (b) – Personnel Matter – Public Employee appointment – Executive Officer  (File No. 0161-12-1)

Action:

The Commission voted to conduct closed session.  (Vote of 4-0)
