The Special Meeting was called to order at 1:19 p.m.

E. Dennis Normandy (Notified of Absence)

President Kate Favetti presided.

Public Comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.

Micki Callahan reported to the Commission on recruitment resources and pre-qualified executive search firms.

III.

Vote on whether to hold closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957 (b) (1) and San Francisco Administrative Code 67.10 (b) – Personnel Matter – Public Employee appointment – Executive Officer  (File No. 0161-12-1)

Action:

The Commission voted to conduct closed session.  (Vote of 3-0)
