The Special Meeting was called to order at 3:42 p.m.

Public Comment on all matters appearing on the Special Meeting Agenda Session.

None.

Vote on whether to hold closed session pursuant to California Government Code Section 54957 (b) (1) and San Francisco Administrative Code 67.10 (b) – Personnel Matter – Public Employee appointment – Executive Officer (Action Item)

Action:

The Commission voted to conduct closed session.  (Vote of 3-0)
