A.President’s Report President Noetzel to report on various issues including (but not limited to), an opened, transparent & Democratic VAC year, with shared respect for all. Plus report on misc. correspondence & communications.
B.Vice President’s Report Vice President Maffei to report on various issues.
C. Secretary’s Report Secretary Burnette to report on recent correspondence/communications.
7. Old Business
- Commissioner Towers to present initial DRAFT of the 2013 ANNUAL REPORT. (Potential Action Item)
Discussion on potential revisions as voted by Commission, and potential ratification vote.
8. New Business
- Discussion of recent mis-application of Street Artist Vendor Fees Law exempting Veterans from such fees. (Hyperlink) (Comm. Ramirez, Lead)
- Discussion of Emailing Agenda, Minutes. Also the adding of Commissioner’s biographies and Commission tasks on the VAC Website. (Comm. Burnette)
9. Veterans Related Legislation
- Sitting Commissioners invited to Report on report on new developments in the area of Veterans’ legislation.
10. War Memorial Veterans Building
- Sitting Commissioners invited to report on new developments building construction and/or management.

12. Honors Report and Moment of Silence
In memory of American Armed Service members who have made the ultimate sacrifice in all wars and conflicts, plus the passing of homeless Veterans and Veterans who died while waiting approval of benefits requests and suicides within the Veteran’s and Armed Services communities.

VETERANS AFFAIRS COMMISSION MEETINGS
General Meetings of the VAC are scheduled for 6:00pm on the Second Tuesday of every month but July, and are held in City Hall Room 416.
Meeting confirmation, and specific announcement of General Meetings are made via public posting of meeting agendas as required by law, some 72 hours prior to scheduled meetings. Agendas for Commission Meetings and archive of Meeting Minutes are available on the Veterans' Affairs Commission website and are also available for Public View and inspection at the 5th Floor Government Information Center of the San Francisco Main Public Library, at 100 Larkin St., San Francisco 94102.
