MEETING CANCELLED – NO Call to Order

At Approximately 6:20pm, Vice President Michael Maffei (who was scheduled to preside), recognized that appropriate Public Notice (for the meeting) had not been posted as required by law. He then officially CANCELED the meeting and dismissed with apology, all who attended.
