The Draft Environmental Impact Report for the 34th America’s Cup and James R. Herman Cruise Terminal and Northeast Wharf Project is now available for review and comment.

The public hearing on the Draft EIR (Case No. 2010.0493E) will be held at the Planning Commission in Room 400, City Hall, on August 11, 2011, at noon or later. Check the Planning Commission Agendas page one week before the hearing date for more detailed info. Public comments on the EIR will be accepted until 5:00 PM on August 25, 2011.
