Planning Department releases Downtown Plan Annual Monitoring Report 2010
New annual report is available summarizing business and development trends affecting downtown San Francisco. 

This annual report includes information on the commercial pipeline, office and retail vacancy rates, hotel occupancy, employment by land use category, and estimated tax revenues for fiscal year 2010-2011. New housing production and available transportation trends are also covered.
