As of September 12, 2011, a revised CEQA Categorical Exemption Form will be in use by Planning staff.  The form requires consideration of project impacts related to transportation, air quality, hazardous materials, soil disturbance and noise.  Some projects that could previously be approved over the counter (OTC) may now require additional review by Environmental Planning staff and/or the submittal of an Environmental Evaluation (EE) application.
