Informational Presentation regarding the proposed project to rehabilitate and redevelop a portion of Pier 70 with new market-rate and affordable residential uses, commercial-office, retail light industrial-arts uses, parking, infrastructure development, including new street improvements, and public open space. The project site is owned by the Port of San Francisco, and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places as the Union Iron Works Historic District. The project site is located within the M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) and P (Public) Zoning Districts with a 40-X & 65-X Height and Bulk Limit.
