The Committee will consider the following nominees for the positions of Committee Chair, Ramses Teon-Nichols and Aram Hauslaib, Vice Chair, Ramses Teon-Nichols and Elihuh Hernandez, and Secretary, Aram Hauslaib and Elihuh Hernandez.

B. Standard of Care Legislation J. Friedenbach 20 min
Executive Director of the Coalition on Homelessness Jennifer Friedenbach will provide an overview of draft legislation. The Committee will review proposed changes to the Standard of Care legislation and make suggestions for additions or edits.

C. Quarterly Report Henry Belton 30 min
The Committee will review the February 2009 Quarterly Report, covering the first two quarters of the 2009-2010 fiscal year, July through December 2009, and make any needed edits or additions.

D. Turn Away Report Bernice Casey 30 min

A. Staff Report Bernice Casey 15 min
Ms. Casey will provide a monthly staff report to the Committee which includes an information report on requests made by the Committee at previous meetings.

The Committee will review the Information Request items put forward during the meeting and request a report back at the March 2010 Committee meeting.

Accessible curbside parking is available on Oak and Hickory Streets.

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting. Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
