The Committee will review and make any needed changes to the 3rd Quarter Report, covering January 1 to March 31, 2012.

V. OLD BUSINESS DISCUSSION/ACTION
A. Safety Protocols Elizabeth Ancker 20 min
The Committee will continue the discussion safety protocols in the shelter system and review any report backs from the Human Services Agency.

B. Tokens Elizabeth Ancker 20 min
The Committee will continue the discussion of token availability, specifically client access to tokens after receiving a reservation and review the Information Request Response from the Human Services Agency. The Committee will also consider a focus on appropriate transportation for all clients utilizing the shelter system that may or may not incorporate tokens, discounted passes, and other modes of transport for clients in need.

A. Shelter Access Workgroup Committee Staff 20 min
Committee staff will provide an update on the Shelter Access Workgroup and alert the community and Committee of the upcoming meeting schedule.

The nearest BART station is Civic Center Plaza at the intersection of Market, Grove, and Hyde Streets.  The MUNI Metro lines are the F, J, K, L, M, and N (Civic Center Station or Van Ness Avenue Station).  MUNI bus lines serving the area are the 47 Van Ness, 9 San Bruno, and the 6, 7, 71 Haight/Noreiga.  Accessible curbside parking is available on Oak and Hickory Streets.

The ringing of and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound producing electronic devices are prohibited at this meeting.  Please be advised that the Chair may order the removal from the meeting room of any person(s) responsible for the ringing or use of a cell phone, pager or other similar sound-producing electronic devices.
