Chair Kennelly suggested members of the Executive Committee review the four sets of minutes as a set, for approval. Commissioner Fuentes motioned to approve the Executive Committee Meeting Minutes from July 27, 2016; September 7, 2016; September 28, 2016; and November 28, 2016. Commissioner Maldonado seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously.

Chair Kennelly deferred this item to the February 13, 2017 Full Commission Annual Planning Retreat; Director Pon agreed to send out information on the Officer Election Process as well as nominations to commissioners prior to the retreat.

Director Pon invited the committee to attend the upcoming San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative Free Workshop on Saturday, February 4, 2017, located at the Microsoft Headquarters in San Francisco, on 1355 Market Street.
