1.  Call to Order and Roll Call Chair Kennelly called the meeting to order at 5:37 pm. Present: Chair Kennelly, Commissioners Fuentes and Maldonado Not Present: Vice Chair Gaime (excused), Commissioner Paz (excused) Staff: Director Pon, Deputy Director Fernandez Sykes, Clerk Richardson  |

3. Â Action Item: Approval of previous minutes

(Information/Discussion/Action) Chair Kennelly suggested members of the Executive Committee review the four sets of minutes as a set, for approval. Commissioner Fuentes motioned to approve the Executive Committee Meeting Minutes from July 27, 2016; September 7, 2016; September 28, 2016; and November 28, 2016. Commissioner Maldonado seconded the motion. The motion was approved unanimously. Â |

4. Â New Business
(Information/Discussion/Action) Chair Kennelly deferred this item to the February 13, 2017 Full Commission Annual Planning Retreat; Director Pon agreed to send out information on the Officer Election Process as well as nominations to commissioners prior to the retreat. |

5. Â Old Business
(Information/Discussion/Action) Director Pon provided an overview on details for the IRC Annual Planning Retreat scheduled to occur on February 13, 2017.
(Information/Discussion/Action) Director Pon provided a brief Director/Staff report.
(Information/Discussion/Action) Director Pon invited the committee to attend the upcoming San Francisco Pathways to Citizenship Initiative Free Workshop on Saturday, February 4, 2017, located at the Microsoft Headquarters in San Francisco, on 1355 Market Street. Â |
