1.  Call to Order and Roll Call

Chair Kennelly called the meeting to order at 5:41 pm.

Not Present: Commissioner Price

Staff: Deputy Director Sykes, Commission Clerk Richardson

There was no public comment.

3.  Action Item: Approval of previous minutes

1. Approval of May 25, 2016 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes
2. Approval of June 22, 2016 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

Commissioner Maldonado requested a review of her attendance record for the Meeting Minutes subject for approval. Vice Chair Gaime motioned to approve the Executive Committee Meeting

Minutes from May 25, 2016 and June 22, 2016  with potential amendment; Commissioner Fuentes seconded the motion. The motioned was passed with no opposition; Commissioner Maldonado abstained from the vote.

4.  New Business

Commissioner Fuentes announced the upcoming SF Pathways to Citizenship Initiative Free Citizenship Workshop on Saturday, August 6, at 240 Golden Gate Ave in San Francisco.

5.  Old Business

1. Review of IRC Task List

Chair Kennelly led a discussion on the listed items detailed in the IRC Task List.

The Executive Committee voted to reschedule the August Executive Committee Meeting from August 24, 2016 to August 31, 2016.

2. Annual Report: Update

Note: This item was discussed as part of item “a”.

3. Attendance Review

Chair Kennelly stated the attendance policy as stated in the bylaws. The Chair recommended this item be discussed with the Full Commission for the September 12, 2016 Full Commission Meeting. 

1. Staff Report

Deputy Directory Sykes proved a brief staff report to the Executive Committee.

6.  Adjournment

Chair Kennelly adjourned the meeting at 7:11 pm.
