Chair Kennelly called the meeting to order at 5:38 pm.

3. Action Item: Approval of previous minutes

1. Approval of April 27, 2016 Executive Committee Meeting Minutes

Commissioner Paz motioned to approve the meeting minutes from April 27, 2016. Commissioner Fuentes seconded the motion. The motion was passed with no opposition.

4. Action Items

1. District 10 Neighborhood Meeting & Reception for Commissioner Moses: Planning

The Executive Committee, led by Chair Kennelly, discussed planning items for the District 10

Neighborhood 10 Meeting & Reception for Commissioner Moses.

2. Annual Report: Update

Chair Kennelly, Vice Chair Gaime and Commissioner Paz gave an update on the progress of the Annual

Report.

5. New Business

The Commission discussed the upcoming SF Pathways to Citizenship Workshop on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at the Eastern Park Apartments on 711 Eddy. The Commissioner Clerk will distribute the flyer to the Full Commission.

6. Old Business

Deputy Director Sykes recapped the progress of the Commission bylaws; reminding the Executive Committee to review the proposed changes.

The Executive Committee agreed to proceed with the July Full Commission meeting and Executive Committee meeting and to recess in August.

7. Adjournment

Chair Kennelly adjourned the meeting at 6:05 pm.
