Dave Falzon is a Lieutenant of Police in the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) and joined the Entertainment Commission as the Law Enforcement Representative in September 2018. Lt. Falzon began his tenure at SFPD in 1994, currently serving as Officer in Charge of the Crime Information Services Unit (CISU). Prior to his current assignment, Lt. Falzon served as the creator and original Officer in Charge of SFPD’s ABC Liaison Unit.  Lt. Falzon maintained this assignment for over 15 years. He and his team were responsible for the management of over 4650 ABC liquor licenses. Lt. Falzon is a statewide recognized subject matter expert on the ABC Act, Licensing, Education, and Enforcement. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management/Leadership from St. Mary’s College. 

A San Francisco native and raised in the Sunset District, Lt. Falzon enjoys dining and attending the endless variety of restaurants and nightlife establishments throughout the City. He especially loves exploring the City on foot seeking out new establishments, and taking in the dynamic arts and culture that our City has to offer.
