1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: for special meeting and retreat of the entertainment commission.

2. GENERAL PUBLIC COMMENT: allows members of the public to comment generally on matters within the Commissions purview as well as suggest new agenda items for the Commissions future consideration.

3. INTRODUCTION BY DIRECTOR JOCELYN KANE: The Entertainment Commission Director will introduce facilitator and discuss agenda.

4. ROLE OF THE ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION: Legal responsibilities.

5. DISCUSSION OF THE ENTERTAINMENT COMMISSION GOALS/OBJECTIVES/PRIORITIES. How to implement legal responsibility.
