NOTE: On July 7, 2015 the Entertainment Commission adopted “Guidelines for Entertainment Commission Review of Residential Development Proposals Under Administrative Code Chapter 116,” and authorized the Commission President to appoint a “Residential Development Review Committee” to conduct hearings on residential development projects that are subject to Chapter 116. On August 5, 2015, the Committee will hold its inaugural meeting.

CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL

1. Public Comment

Members of the public may address the Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee. With respect to agenda items, members of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes at the time such item is called.

2. Election of Officers. Discussion and possible action to elect a Chair and Vice-Chair of the
Residential Development Review Committee. [Action Item]

3. Report from Executive Director: Presentation on residential projects currently in the pipeline that qualify for Entertainment Commission review under Chapter 116 of the Administrative Code. [Discussion only]

4. Recommended Noise Attenuation Conditions for Chapter 116 Residential Projects. Discussion and possible action to recommend that the Entertainment Commission adopt a standard set of recommended conditions relating to noise attenuation to be provided to the Planning Department and Department of Building Inspection for all proposed residential projects within 300 radial feet of a Place of Entertainment [Action Item]

5. Regular Meeting Schedule. Discussion and possible action to create a regular meeting schedule for the Residential Development Review Committee [Action Item]
