1. General Public Comment

2. Report from the Executive Director: Update on disclosure database and pipeline project notifications.

3. 950-974 Market Street, Mid-Market Center, LLC, Block/Lot: 0342/1,2,4 and 14
Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 950-974 Market Street, which is located within 300 feet of The Warfield Theater, The Village, and Piano Fight Theater. [Action]

4. 1567 California Street, 0645/015
Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 1567 California Street, which is located within 300 feet of Playland and Encore Karaoke Lounge. [Action]
