1. General Public Comment

2. Approval of Meeting Minutes.  Discussion and possible action to approve the minutes of the November 19, 2019 and December 3, 2019 Commission meeting. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

 

3. Report from Deputy Director: Deputy Director Kaitlyn Azevedo reports on recent venue inspections and activities. [Discussion Item]

 

4. Discussion and Possible Action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be submitted by the Executive Director to the Planning Department and/or Department of Building Inspection regarding noise issues for proposed residential and/or hotel/motel projects per Chapter 116 of the of the Administrative Code. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

a) 420 Sutter Street, Bl/Lot: 0285/005A, Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations regarding noise issues for the proposed hotel project at 420 Sutter Street, which is located within 300 feet of Tunnel Top Bar, Sir Francis Drake Hotel, Taj Campton Place, and Love and Propaganda, all permitted Places of Entertainment. 

 

5. Hearing and Possible Action regarding applications for permits under the jurisdiction of the Entertainment Commission. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

a) EC-1556 – Juan Burgos and Ilda Cabrera of AEM&M Holdings Corporation, dba El Toro, 2470 San Bruno Ave., Place of Entertainment permit – change in ownership.

b) EC-1559 – Francisco Ramos of Francisco’s Mexican Food, LLC, dba El Trebol Sports Bar #1, 3149 22nd St., Limited Live Performance permit.

c) EC-190 – Aaron Burhz and Anthony Lavia of Big Hair, LLC, dba Beauty Bar, 2299 Mission St., Place of Entertainment permit – amendment to permit conditions.
