MOTION: Commissioner Falzon moved to approve the May 14, 2021 and May 18, 2021 meeting minutes; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

5. Update on Nightlife Business Assistance in Response to COVID-19: Ben Van Houten, Business Development Manager, Nightlife and Entertainment Sector with the Office of Economic and Workforce Development provides an Update on Nightlife Business Assistance in response to COVID-19. [Discussion Item]

6. Hearing and Possible Action regarding applications for permits under the jurisdiction of the Entertainment Commission. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

MOTION: Commissioner Thomas moved to approve the Limited Live Performance Permit with staff recommendations adding the friendly amendment to add the Good Neighbor Policy; Commissioner Falzon seconded the motion.
ACTION: Approved Limited Live Performance Permit.

MOTION: Commissioner Caminong moved to continue item b) Ross Crum and Lawrence Metzger of TDG Inc. dba SF Mix; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.
ACTION: Continued the Place of Entertainment Permit - amendment.

7. Discussion and Possible Action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be submitted by the Acting Director to the Planning Department and/or Department of Building Inspection regarding noise issues for proposed residential projects per Chapter 116 of the of the Administrative Code. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]

a) 1010 Mission Street, Bl/Lot: 3703/026. Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 1010 Mission Street, which is located within 300 feet of Monarch and Luxx, permitted Places of Entertainment.
