CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
1. General Public Comment
Members of the public may address the Committee on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee. With respect to agenda items, members of the public may address the Committee for up to three minutes at the time such item is called.
2. Report from Executive Director: Update on implementation of Chapter 116, including report on projects for which a hearing is not required. [Discussion only]
3. Discussion and Possible Action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be submitted to the Planning Department and/or Department of Building Inspection regarding noise issues for proposed residential projects per Chapter 116 of the Administrative Code. [Action Item]
- 1433 Bush Street, Bl/Lot 0670/024 Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 1433 Bush St, which is located within 300 feet of the Regency Building and Mayes, which are permitted Places of Entertainment. Presentation by project sponsor, Nicolas Cranmer, JS Sullivan Development. [Action item]

5. New Business Request for Future Agenda Items. This item is to allow Committee members to introduce agenda items for future consideration. [Action]
