1. General Public Comment

2. Report from Executive Director: Update on implementation of Chapter 116, including report on projects for which a hearing is not required. [Discussion only]

 

3.  Discussion and Possible Action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be submitted to the Planning Department and/or Department of Building Inspection regarding noise issues for proposed residential projects per Chapter 116 of the Administrative Code. [Action Item]

 

  1. 88 Arkansas, Block/Lot  3953/02 & 02A  Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 88 Arkansas, which is located within 300 feet of Thee Parkside and The Connecticut Yankee, permitted Places of Entertainment.  Presentation by project sponsor, Julie Heinzler, Martin Building Co. [Action]

     

  2. 901 16th Street, Block/Lot 3950/001; 3949/001 & 001A & 002  Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 901 16th Street, which is located within 300 feet of The Bottom of The Hill, a permitted Place of Entertainment.  Presentation by project sponsor, Steven Vettel, on behalf of Josh Smith, Walden Development. [Action]

     

  3. 390 1st Street, 3749/058  Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 390 1st Street, which is located within 300 feet of Terra Gallery, a permitted Place of Entertainment.  Presentation by project sponsor, Chloe Angelis, Reuben, Junius and Rose, on behalf of Mill Creek Resdiential. [Action]

6.  New Business Request for Future Agenda Items. This item is to allow

     Committee members to introduce agenda items for future consideration. [Action]
