1. 88 Arkansas, Block/Lot  3953/02 & 02A  Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 88 Arkansas, which is located within 300 feet of Thee Parkside and The Connecticut Yankee, permitted Places of Entertainment.  Presentation by project sponsor, Julie Heinzler, Martin Building Co. [Action]

    

2. 901 16^th Street, Block/Lot 3950/001; 3949/001 & 001A & 002  Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 901 16^th Street, which is located within 300 feet of The Bottom of The Hill, a permitted Place of Entertainment.  Presentation by project sponsor, Steven Vettel, on behalf of Josh Smith, Walden Development. [Action]

    

3. 390 1^st Street, 3749/058  Discussion and possible action to adopt written comments and/or recommendations to be forwarded to the full Entertainment Commission regarding noise issues for the proposed residential project at 390 1^st Street, which is located within 300 feet of Terra Gallery, a permitted Place of Entertainment.  Presentation by project sponsor, Chloe Angelis, Reuben, Junius and Rose, on behalf of Mill Creek Resdiential. [Action]
