1. CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL: for special meeting and retreat of the Entertainment Commission.

2. General Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Commission on items of interest to the public that are within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Commission. With respect to agenda items, members of the public may address the Commission for up to three minutes at the time such item is called.

3. Introduction by Executive Director and President: Entertainment Commission Executive Director Maggie Weiland and President Ben Bleiman give an introduction and go over meeting agenda. [Discussion Item]

4. Opening Activity: Retreat participants share in an opening activity. [Discussion Item]

5. Report from Executive Director: Executive Director Maggie Weiland provides an update on current Entertainment Commission data, accomplishments, goals, and COVID related work. [Discussion Item]

6. Updates on Nightlife Business Assistance in Response to COVID-19: Ben Van Houten, Business Development Manager, Nightlife and Entertainment Sector with the Office of Economic and Workforce Development, provides an update on nightlife business assistance in response to COVID-19. [Discussion Item]

7. Brainstorm Session for Entertainment Commission Goals and Priorities: Commissioners will use this time to brainstorm top goals and priorities as a group. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]
