MOTION: Commissioner Thomas moved to approve the October 20, 2020 minutes, Commissioner Wang seconded the motion.
ACTION: Approved Minutes for October 20, 2020.

- Update from the San Francisco Venue Coalition and the Independent Venue Alliance: Members from the San Francisco Venue Coalition and the Independent Venue Alliance present an update to the Entertainment Commission on their grassroots organizing and next steps in response to COVID-19. - EC-1585 – Edmond Chang of Little Sweet Inc, dba KTV Box, 1660 Geary St., Place of Entertainment and Extended Hours Premises permits – Change in Ownership.

MOTION: Commissioner Falzon moved to approve the Place of Entertainment and Extended Hours Permit – change in ownership with staff’s recommended conditions of the Good Neighbor Policy, Commissioner Caminong seconded the motion.
ACTION: Place of Entertainment permit and Extended Hours permit were conditionally granted to the applicant.
AYES: Commissioner Lee, Commissioner Perez, Commissioner Caminong, Commissioner Thomas, Commissioner Falzon, Commissioner Wang, Commissioner Bleiman.
NAYS: None
- EC-1586 – Farnaz Khorram of Arcana Dwell LLC, dba Arcana, 2512 Mission St., Place of Entertainment permit.
SPEAKERS: + Farnaz Khorram, owner of Arcana Dwell LLC.
Public comment: Eva Mos supports the Place of Entertainment permit and the applicant’s business practices.
MOTION: Commissioner Thomas moved to approve the Place of Entertainment with staff’s recommended conditions of the Good Neighbor Policy, Commissioner Wang seconded the motion.
ACTION: Place of Entertainment permit was conditionally granted to the applicant.
