Tues 11/5/2019Â 11:54:30 PM Royal Oak 2201 Polk St n/a NORTHERN I live next to this bar and there's no one inside but the bartenders are standing outside blasting angry rock music and smoking cigarettes. This isn't the first time they've woken me up. It is well past quiet hours and they seem to turn the music up louder and louder. Please do something about this nuisance. ACTION: Inspector Fiorentino responded to complaint the following Friday. He found loud live entertainment with front doors and side door open. Deputy Director Azevedo is working with SFPD Northern station and reached out to owners to try and bring them into compliance.
Â
Fri 11/8/2019 11:13:01 PM Delirium 3139 16th POE MISSION Delirium music and people yelling on street ACTION: Inspector Savino responded to 311 complaint, and talked with manager about finding a solution for sound escaping through vents and onto street. Senior Inspector Roberts followed up with recommendations via email. Besides the vent transmitting sound, they are in compliance. Â
Â
Sun 11/17/2019Â 6:51:44 AM 26 Mix 3024 Mission St POE MISSION Another terrible weekend at Club 26 Mix. Friday night, one of the bouncers of this club was arrested and there were police cars and ambulances surrounding the club for a long time. Doesn't stretch the imagination to assume that violence or drugs were involved. Then, last night, the same bouncer, freshly bailed out of jail, proceeds to jump start someone's car at 2:00AM, which would have been fine except the car's hood clearly didn't close and the bouncer spent ***20 minutes*** banging the hood of the car to try to make it close! Zero regard for the safety and well being of the neighbors! How ***many times*** do these people need to be told to stop behaving this way before real consequences are issued? This place makes the neighborhood worse and is becoming even more dangerous! Please look into the police report for Friday's police activity at Club 26 Mix and please review my previous and new complaints to take more decisive action on this neighborhood nuisance of a bar. We need your help! Thank you! ACTION: Deputy director Azevedo followed up with SFPD Mission station and spoke with Captain Caltagirone who is advising his night unit to come up with a plan to check on weeknight compliance. She also corresponded with the neighbor letting them know we are continually following up on their complaints and always find the business in compliance on weekends.Â
