3. INTRODUCTION BY EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR MAGGIE WEILAND AND COMMISSION PRESIDENT BEN BLEIMAN: The Entertainment Commission Executive Director and President will introduce the meeting. [Discussion Item]  Executive Director Maggie Weiland and President Ben Bleiman introduced the retreat meeting.
