MOTION: President Bleiman motioned to move this item to the next Commission Hearing on November 2nd, 2021; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

Review and possible action to amend Just Add Music permit #JAM-261, dba Chambers Eat & Drink located at The Phoenix Hotel, 601 Eddy St, San Francisco, CA 94109, for extended hours for extended hours of outdoor entertainment and amplified sound for a one time event on 12/31/2021. [Discussion and Possible Action Item]
MOTION: Commissioner Falzon made a motion to approve with staff recommendations; Commissioner Thomas seconded the motion.

ACTION: The Commission approved the motion to extend the JAM permit hours for extended hours of outdoor entertainment and amplified sound for a one time event on 12/31/2021 at Chambers Eat and Drink, The Phoenix Hotel.
