Yelling, shouting, screaming, drunk people. Cars screeching away, noise all over the block. Club 26 Mix is nuisance and  they need to be punished for harming neighbors' health and tranquility. The bouncers are just standing there doing nothing to stop the recklessness. ACTION: EC staff monitors this location every weekend and is working with SFPD Mission Station and Supervisor Ronen's office. Deputy Director Azevedo spoke with complainant about ongoing sound complaints. EC staff has an upcoming  meeting scheduled with the owners and SFPD to discuss resolving problems.

Very loud music very late into Sat night for locals living behind the independent. ACTION: Inspector Fiorentino responded to 311 complaint and spoke with manager. Back door was closed; in compliance. Determined that the neighboring POE, Emporium, had a DJ performing and back door was open when sound complaint came in.

Public comment Stefano Cassolato stated his memorable experience with Terrence Hallinan was the opportunity to bring a major fight with Floyd Mayweather and Jesus Chavez to San Francisco. He was seated in the front row with Terrence Hallinan, Joe Betts and it was the thrill of a lifetime to share that evening.

Vice president Bleiman adjourned the meeting in honor of Terence Hallinan, former District Attorney of the City & County of San Francisco.
