Public comment

If there’s a bike lane against the curb, then a parking spot, then the street, is it     possible to relocate the bike lane?

Christopher Milstead has decreased his insurance since we’re not open, but to apply for shared spaces you need to prove $1million policy.  I don’t want to increase my insurance unless I’m able to open, every penny counts.

Michelle Delaney Don’t want to bring a negative vibe, because this is awesome. But it is tough for some businesses to try to do a shared space with lots of      folks living in and around the space where they would be able to put tables.

Maureen R. Thank you for Shared Spaces! She went to restaurants on Valencia twice in the last week and really enjoyed it. (Dogs are really enjoying it too.) She hopes it continues past the pandemic during warmer weather. Only concern was trumpet player blowing too close to passersby would need more than 6 feet space from those particles.

Chris - Feels there needs to be an attendant on the street to move the barricades.
